You have been nothing but a great help to me. Unlike most insurance agents, you are sincere and you possess a good listening ears. I don’t see you “hard selling” your products or imposed such extensive measures to get me to buy the insurance plans. Instead, you choose to listen and advise appropriately.
Among other agents, you have been dutifully texting me important notices or sending me season greetings even though I didn’t reply to most of them. Finally, we met after probably 3 years. You came to my house and we discussed some matters though in the end, no contract is done up. Yet you were not being persuasive.

First of all I would like to thank you for always following up with me and serve me well with patient. I remembered last year around this time, you have contacted me and introduce to me your company investment plan.
At that point of time, due to my financial instability I told you that I only able to decide around end of the year.
