Our Founder, Samuel Ng, has been in the financial services industry for the last 17 years. His main focus is in developing competent financial services consultants. Acutely aware of market changes and demands, he constantly steers his team towards greater success.

Samuel believes that each financial services consultant deserves the best training – in product knowledge as well as in needs based selling. 

As a financial services consultant in his early years, he has amassed many awards, including the prestigious AIA Centurion Award and the internationally recognised MDRT award for many years.

As a Financial Services Director, he has groomed multiple financial services consultants to achieve the MDRT awards. He believes in passing it forward. It brings him great joy to see his Financial Services Consultants achieve great milestones in their career – and impacting the lives of customers along the way.

From humble beginnings to establishing his own organisation, Samuel knows what it takes to be a competent and outstanding financial services consultant. His willingness to share his experience and skills has enabled his organisation to thrive over the years.
