I’m writing to express my gratitude for my recent interactions with your financial consultant, Ms Grace Yeo. I’ve been a client of AIA for over 3 decades, and it was just a few years ago that my financial consultant retired. Since then, I’ve had no one from AIA servicing me until Grace Yeo contacted me through the Singtel lead generating program.
Remembering the day she called, I told her what happened with AIA’s service level and I required her to check into some servicing issues with my policies, which she gladly agreed to do. Following the transfer of the agent, she immediately addressed all of my requests and kept me updated.
I was delighted with her service and chose to take it to the next level, which means reviewing my current policies and scheduling an appointment with her. The entire appointment went smoothly, and she returned to prepare a complete summary for me and identify the gaps in my protection needs. Following that, I proceed with her proposal.
I recently asked her to assist me with an existing policy involving my own sibling that required her assistance to address. It’s evident that there’s no chance of a new policy sale here, just plain service. She agreed without hesitation and proceeded with the meeting, which she made incredibly simple and pleasant. I felt the “WOW” effect!
I truly appreciate how simple she made the whole experience, as well as her great personality, professionalism, listener, patience, and trustworthiness. I rarely take the time to write such compliments, but when someone goes above and beyond to assist a customer, they deserve to be recognized. Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed, as she has clearly demonstrated what it means to elevate customer service to customer experience.Grace Yeo, thank you once more.
